Vernon Gantry Business Policies

Warranty Policy:

All frames have 1 year warranty for manufacturer’s defects.
Examples of manufacturer’s defects include:

  • Missing embellishments or rivets
  • Splitting acetate
  • Loose hinges

If you think you might have a frame that qualifies for a warranty replacement, please email pics with a description of the defects and the frame name, color and size to warranty@vernongantry.com. If frames were received defective out of the box, we will ship a new one out immediately free of charge. All other warranties will require you to pay a shipping fee. Once we approve the replacement, we will send you a link to pay that fee. Once the fee is received, the replacement will be sent. No need to ship the defective frame back. 

Return Policy:

All frames may be returned for a full refund if returned WITHIN ONE WEEK of purchase. The frame must be in original condition, packaging and free of fingerprints. Please return with the case and cloth for a full refund otherwise we will deduct $2 from the refund. Please include your optical name and the date of purchase in the box and return to:

Exchange Policy:

You may exchange frames that haven’t sold for 8 months or more and you must purchase 3 frames for every 1 frame exchanged to process the transaction. 

Please provide the name of your optical, city and state, dates of purchase along with the frames, cases and cloths and ship to:

Once received, you will get credited back on the corresponding 3:1 transaction to your credit card. If cases and cloths are not included, we will deduct $2 from your refund for each missing piece.
